Services
 Paulding Enterprises operates programs that provide the necessary training and community integration for the individuals served by the organization. Each consumer served has an individual service plan (ISP) that is developed by a team to address the needs of the individual. Services offered are:
a) Facility based day support program operates Monday through Friday twelve months a year from 8:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m. The program observes twelve holidays per year and may be subject to close for up to 4 administrative closing per year for staff training. The facility based day support program offers training for independent living skills through facility and community integrated activities. Community presence is very important for each consumer served.
b) Community Supported Employment which assists consumers in job development to secure paid employment in the community. Continued monitoring is provided to enable the consumers to maintain their employment. Transportation and on going supervision and job coaching are also critical components of this program.
c) Volunteer activities are offered to consumers that choose to volunteer in organizations in their community. Volunteer locations are the local nursing home, animal shelter, food distribution organizations and other organizations in the community that utilize volunteers in their community. Each quarter there is a Volunteer of The Month recognized. This individual is taken to breakfast and has their picture displayed on the volunteer board.
d) Transportation assistance is provided to each consumer served by Paulding Enterprises. The transportation is a contract service of the DHR Regional Unified Transportation agency. The annual contract with Unified Transportation provides fixed route services for a fixed number of trips as determined by Regional Transportation. Transportation is not assured when a consumer is enrolled into services. Applications will be submitted to the local transportation provider and to Unified Transportation. However, if there is not sufficient space the family may need to provide the transportation services.
