Enrollment
Persons 21 years old or older who have a diagnosis of mental retardation or developmental disability and who have completed at least 12 years of public school are eligible for services provided by Paulding Enterprises, Inc.
How Do I Apply?
All persons applying for services must go through the Single Point of Entry to determine eligibility. The Intake and Evaluation Team of the North Region will provide an application to be completed for the person requesting services. The Intake and Evaluation Team will review the application and schedule evaluations necessary to determine eligibility for the most appropriate services. Enrollment at Paulding Enterprises is contingent upon availability of funding necessary to provide the requested services.
